» Measure the circumference of your head by wrapping measurement tape from the front of your hair line, around to the nape of your neck, and back around to the start of your hair line.
» If measurement is not a even number, round up to the nearest even number.

Care Instructions
The longevity of your hair depends largely on how well you take care of your extensions and units. This requires regular maintenance, washing, deep conditioning, and proper styling of your extensions.
STEPS TO MAINTAIN YOUR HAIR:
» Shampoo and Condition bundles thoroughly before use.
» For curly texture, please only detangle while wet.
» Comb from the bottom to top with a w comb.
» Allow hair to air or hang to dry when wet.
» Refrain from using oils and excess products on the hair because it will weigh the hair down.
» Sleep on a satin/silk p or with a satin/silk bonnet/scarf.
RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS:
We recommend using Aunt Jackie's Oh So Clean Shampoo on all of our textures followed by Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle. Our curly textures LOVE Aunt Jackie's Quench Conditioner after a fresh wash for moisture and beautiful shine.

SHIPMENT DAYS ARE MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS. WEEKEND ORDERS (FRIDAY-SUNDAY) ARE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
» All orders require a processing period of 3-5 business days and up to 5-7 business days to receive your order. Shipping time occurs after the processing period has ended.
» All hair orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and take approximately 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided during check out.
» Clip-ins are a pre-order item and can take up to 7-10 business days to ship due to them being custom made. If you need your clip-ins by a particular time, please order at least 2 weeks in advance for proper processing and shipping time.
» Custom wigs are made to order and can take up to 10-14 business days to receive after payment. Un-Customized wigs can take up to 7-10 business days to receive after payment.
» All accessory orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and take approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship.
» Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
» International shipments take approximately 6-12 business days to process and ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).» A physical address is required! International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or customs charges. This is a fee that you are responsible for as the buyer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. When packages are being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package. This process is 100% out of our control, and you must wait until the package is released from customs.
Babe Hair Label is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees that are requested during the shipment of your order.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
» Babe Hair Label isn’t responsible for any lost items or damaged items. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages, and your order will not be replaced.
» All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery. If you will not be home during the delivery date/time for your package, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS. Click the link HERE for further details.
» If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS location. Babe Hair Label is not responsible for any packages marked as DELIVERED.
» Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order! You MUST include your apartment number (if applicable) to make sure you receive your order. We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
RETURN POLICY:
» For sanitary purposes, we DO NOT accept any packages back for return or exchange.
» In the occasion, your order may be incorrect, we will gladly accept your items back in return for your correct order. All items MUST be in the same condition received. We have the right to decline if the items are not in their original state.
